If you are looking for a Rustic outdoor wedding site near Nashville Tn., event site for any gathering, or just your family. It is all in a beautiful natural setting. Weddings:
Based on 100 people. Venue only-quote of $1600.00 will be for the grounds, gardens, pavilion, bathroom/change rooms. You are responsible for clean-up.

Based on 100 people. Venue plus-quote $2250.00 the above plus the use of Dove Cottage for the Bride and Bride Maids dressing, before and after the ceremony. Tables and chairs for 100 seated reception or chairs at seated wedding, use of buggies, wagons, the carriage.

With just the use of, and in all packages, we (staff and personal hired by PineHalls) manage parking, security and lighting. For each additional guest add $10.00. This rate is based on what is considered high demand days and months such as May, June, September and October. Weekdays and other months are negotiable.

You will need a person in charge of your event (Wedding Planner or Wedding Coordinator).
We are ordained in Ministry and can perform the wedding if needed (extra at your discretion).

Pricing on other events such as birthday parties, family reunions, corporate events, school outings, Spiritual retreats, short morning or evening wedding ceremonies, etc. will be on an hourly basis depending on the number of hours needed and the amenities required. Photographers are welcome to use the property on an hourly basis.

The use of a horse drawn bridal carriage, surrey and/or buggies is available at an additional charge (See Vendors Page). Buggies and wagons are available and can be set up as you desire for photo's. If you want to go really rustic other alternatives are possible.
